All returns not originating within the continental U.S. are assigned an number. Please ensure that any returns have the number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns that do not have the clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be refused by the warehouse. Ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed.Please do not use the return items shoe box as the shipping packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. We will, however, refund the postage back to you if the need for an exchange is as a result of a mistake made by us (e.g. we sent out the incorrect size).You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for instance, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop before purchase.Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 5 days. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price. Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
